Holistic Touch Therapy

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle, flowing bodywork technique designed to relax the entire body and calm the nervous system. Using long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements, this massage helps increase circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation.

It’s ideal for those new to massage, anyone seeking stress relief, or clients who prefer a lighter touch. Swedish massage not only soothes the body but also supports mental clarity and emotional balance.

Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage is a targeted, therapeutic technique that focuses on releasing chronic muscle tension and correcting imbalances in the body. By applying precise pressure to specific trigger points, this massage helps relieve pain, improve posture, and restore proper muscle function.

It’s especially effective for clients dealing with muscular pain, limited range of motion, or postural issues. Neuromuscular massage addresses the root causes of discomfort, supporting long-term healing and improved physical performance.

Raindrop Technique

The Raindrop Technique is a gentle, non-invasive aromatherapy and massage method developed by Young Living. It combines the application of essential oils with light massage and energy techniques to support the body’s natural healing processes.

During the session, a series of high-grade essential oils are dropped—like raindrops—along the spine and gently massaged into the back and feet. This technique is designed to:

  • Promote spinal alignment and balance

  • Reduce stress and inflammation

  • Support the immune system

  • Encourage detoxification

  • Relax muscles and the nervous system

The oils commonly used include oregano, thyme, basil, wintergreen, peppermint, and Young Living’s proprietary blends like Valor and Aroma Siez.

It is both calming and rejuvenating, leaving many feeling refreshed, centered, and more aligned—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Koichi Katsuyama’s Aesthetic Alignment Technique

A unique Japanese method developed by Koichi Katsuyama, combining beauty enhancement with gentle skeletal and muscular realignment.
This technique incorporates elements of cranial therapy and osteopathy, supporting deep structural balance and natural healing.

It aims to:

  • Realign facial and body symmetry

  • Release tension held in the craniosacral system

  • Improve posture, circulation, and detoxification

  • Enhance natural beauty from within

A deeply restorative, hands-on method that works holistically—bringing both physical harmony and visible aesthetic results.
